Lucy Goes POP!

Oh how I love fd's Flickr Toys! (yeah yeah, I know it's been around for ages & I'm a little slow off the mark only having recently discovered it). However, on the off chance that there may be ONE other person on this planet who isn't yet familiar with fd's Flickr Toys I thought I'd mention it. Just for YOU! On the off chance that YOU may just so happen to be reading this post. Anyways, fd's Flickr Toys is a fun & free online photo editing program which allows anyone (you don't need to be a Flickr member) to access a large variety of nifty tools/toys to play with. Click here, choose your toy, upload your photo/s & click create. & voila! You've created a masterpiece! My favourite toy is the "Warholizer" & the image below is the result of a photo I took of a small Lucy (character from Peanuts) figurine I uploaded. There's also a "Hockneyizer" if you favour the style of David Hockney over Warhol.

And there's nothing I like better than discovering more time-wasting activities to justify the cobwebs & accumulating dust covering my vacuum cleaner...

Lucy: Do you think my eyes are beautiful Charlie Brown?

Charlie Brown: Yes they look just like little round dots of india ink.

Very cool. I didn't know about it so your post was very informative. Might have to try it out. My daughter will have such fun playing with it as well.

Thanks for the mention, Harriet! The site isn't so popular that I don't appreciate it when nice folks write about it. Glad you enjoy it.
