Here's my Shadow Shot Sunday #156

Here we have push bike (and curtain) shadows appearing on the laundry door. I'm surprised that shadows were able to be cast considering the large pile of laundry stacked up by the window. The sun must have been extra strong that day!

Just wanted to mention a super giveaway happening over at Etsy if anyone is interested. Members of the fPOE (Female Photographers of Etsy) team have donated items to the value of approximately $300 combined! One lucky person will win all of the items featured in this gorgeous treasury below...

To be in the draw is really simple. Head over to the treasury by clicking HERE and leave a comment there and you could be the lucky winner randomly selected!

Happy Sunday!

Ah! The mundane business of laundry! But, what a wonderful laundry room shadow! Nice image to do laundry by...

I like the blurred effect of your shadow today.

Cool to have a laundry room! We're not quite that fancy. : )
baa haa haa haa....really? We can't imagine there is THAT much laundry Tracy :) well...ok, we can - only because we both did two loads this morning before heading off to work! (and the piles did NOT go down a significant ammount - and that is SUCH a bummer!)

Love the soft shadow of the bike & it's bell. Is there anything happier than a bike bell ringing? We'd love to know!
Have a great week!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one with a big stack of laundry!! With the move two weeks ago there has been serious misuse of the laundry basket!! Great shadow shot as always, Tracy! Hope your weekend is going well! Enjoy! Thanks as always for the shadowy fun!

Ciao Tracy!
Greetings from Tuscany, Italy!
This week my post is still from Bronte beach Sydney but next weekend I'll post pics from here. So beautiful!!!
Have a great Sunday!
Hi Tracy,

I LOVE your shadow shot. It is very beautiful. Your flap, flap pics are very beautiful too. I'm going to over and check out your Esty store and contest. I haven't been there for a while.

I think that you will like my shadow shots today, they are much better than last weeks.

Have a wonderful week!

Maybe you've been enjoying your bike rides and that's why the laundry has piled up. Or you've been out getting more of your fantastic photos! All great reasons to leave the laundry for another day. I can think of some reasons if you need me too:)

Have a great Sunday and week!

The laundry has not yet risen to window level in our home - yet! The shadow is faint, but intriguing as we have to study the faint shadow to see what it is. Which is why I like all shadows - we get to use our imaginations!

A beautiful soft shadow shot, Tracy. No one would know about the laundry if you hadn't mentioned it! LOL

The images has an ethereal look to it.
I agree with Martha Z that your image is quite dreamy. Be glad your washer didn't conk out like mine did this week or the pile would be bigger!

This week my shadow shot is more of a reflection shot, but a really good one:

I love the way the shadow kind of glides across the image. Lovely!
I like it a lot! The bike image declared itself after a while, as the laundry did not. Great unusual capture
of a bike!

I love your shot. I first thought it to be the shadow of an iron bed frame against some sheer curtains, but now i see the handlebars and maybe a speedometer. Very cool! Who does the laundry at that place? They're way behind.
