anthotypes

Here are a few anthotype prints I completed today. These were exposed for two full days in the sun. If interested in making some anthotypes or simply learning more about them I recommend this great step by step guide by Malin Fabbri.

Anthotypes are often referred to as 'nature prints' so it seems kind of fitting that this cute wild kookaburra perched himself between sets of prints exposing.

I'd forgotten to take more progress photos of the prints I finished today so I've included this collage of progress pics taken during the last lot of anthotypes I made. I used different materials for the emulsion/sensitizer this time.

I'm officially now on holidays so lots of time to indulge in fun creative stuff!
