The Migrating Birds...
Time to announce the winner of my Make A Little Birdhouse in your Soul painting! Firstly, a huge thanks to all those who entered the giveaway. I so very wish that I could give you all something, but, well, I can't. Sorry about that. The randomly selected winning entrant is Tanya from TLS Creations. That was fun! I’ll have another giveaway sometime in the not too distant future. As this giveaway was to celebrate Spring, I’m thinking I’ll have a giveaway for each season. So expect the next giveaway in December to welcome in our Aussie Summer. So for now, congrats Tanya! As soon as I have your postal address the birdies below will be happily flying your way.
For anybody who may be terribly disappointed in missing out on the painting, you are certainly more than welcome to purchase one of my new mini bird painting fridge magnet thingies by way of consoling yourself. Yeah I know, I’m so thoughtful! I’ve made a big bowl of birdie canvas magnets. I’ve painted a bunch of teeny canvases (5cm x 7cm) using acrylics and have attached magnetic strips to the back. I’ve not yet photographed them individually, so hopefully tomorrow I’ll do that and then list a few in my Etsy shop. So check in there later if you’re interested.
Just following on from my Red post of last week, I was seeing a little more red yesterday and wanted to share it with you.
Yup. It is a little more red than I needed to see but I couldn’t resist taking a photo when I spotted it. By the way, that is a zoom shot. I’m not in the habit of getting THAT close to complete strangers to photograph their underwear. Really and truly I’m not! I sneakily snap target strangers from a distance. That’s socially acceptable behaviour isn’t it? Couldn’t be any less so than wearin’ your jeans half way down your arse. Enjoy the rest of your week and see you in the shadows on Sunday.

Congratulations Tanya!
socially acceptable behavior…heh heh
I love your fridge magnets!! They are so cute:D I just showed them to my husband and told him they would make a good stocking stuffer...we'll see if that goes anywhere.
I hope Tanya will love those little birdies as much as I would have...they deserve a lot of love!!
I'll be posting my SSS very early...probably tomorrow and then am so sorry I will miss the following week. Unless I find I miss you so much...find a WiFi and post from Denver. Have fun without me:D

Ali :)
So glad that person was wearing undies!
You could get a job for Bonds as their paparazzi for their new advertising campaign.
Love your little birdie canvas magnetic thingies :)
Your little chirpy magnets are gorgeous T..what a clever idea..and a great way to brighten up a boring fridge! I'm keen to get some soon.. and if you have a little badge for your shop I would love to put on my blog..one that links in..I don't know how to do it myself on typepad!
your red pic cracked me up (pardon the pun!)..thank goodness for all that red though.. just as well they were pulled up! Gx
Thanks for visiting my blog, "fundidon't", LOL!

Your magnets look so cute! Will you still have them when i buy a fridge (and a house to go with it!!!)
too much red for me thanks - i don't think that belt was doing it's job very well!
I still love the birds!
The undapants not so much!
I wish I could ship one of my pound cakes to Australia for you - I wonder how long shipping would take? Any ideas?
I imagine you taking the photo without the zoom haha!! Now that would be too funny..but I see it here all the times! these low pants are everyone fav..I hated them but I had to wear them coz..almost every shop sells them, but not that low..and I dont think anyone should have a peek into my bum..its not a nice sight hahaa...I'll remember to pull my shirt down the next time or wear those low underpants...hmmm...
oh..congrats to the winner..and love your new magnets!! see you during SSS too!!
congrats Tanya on your lucky win, boo hoo to me :0(. will be checking out the fridge magnets after here - great idea Tracy. see you Sunday. Annette x :0)
By the way, did Bonds pay you to take that shot? It should be up there on a billboard somewhere (preferably not in my neighbourhood).
As for that photo! What a hiney hoot!
Some people are completely oblivious to the fact that their rear end is hanging out of their pants. Although some do it on purpose. I wonder what this person was doing.
